All users are assigned a rate plan at the time of booking. Rate plans are determined by the funding source (WUSM Core, WUSM Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary)
Non-WUSTL key users should call 314-747-MEET(6338) or email meet@wustl.edu to inquire about current rates. Day Meeting Packages are available for Tertiary users.
- Users whose cost center is funded by the WashU Medicine Central Administration
- Curricular courses for MD, DBBS, OT, PT, PACs, and BioStats
- Grand Rounds
- Priority users assigned to specific areas (i.e. EOC, HR Training Room, etc.)
- University College evening courses offered at no cost to Residents
- Users paying through Workday with a WashU Medicine cost center that does not fall into the WUSM Core category
- Includes WUMC Redevelopment , WU Redevelopment, WMBUDS, VCR, and CFU departments: General Council, Risk Management, EH&S, WUIT, HR, Compliance and Internal Audit
- Users paying through Workday with a WashU Medicine cost center that does not fall into the WUSM Core or WUSM Primary category
- Users in WUSM Core or WUSM Primary that are collecting industry funds and/or registration fees for the reservation
- WashU Medicine Faculty, Staff and Students who reserve space for non-university sponsored events
- Those who will not be paying through Workday with a WashU Medicine cost center
