Exclusive vs. Preferred Catering

Bon Appetit is the preferred catering vendor for the School of Medicine Campus.

Bon Appetit is the exclusive caterer at the Eric P. Newman Education Center.

For events at the Jeffrey T. Fort Neuroscience Research Building (NRB), caterers are actively being approved for service. Please reach out to Lauren Hurt for updates.

  • Exclusive Caterer at (EPNEC). 
  • Payment: Invoiced at conclusion of event.
  • Disclaimer: No outside f/b may be brought into the facility.
  • Ordering: All orders are placed through your event specialist:
  • Due to global shortages, some items may be unavailable or substitutions may be made to accommodate requests.

Catering at WUSM

  • Comprehensive catering, serviced from the Med Campus.
  • Pickup Location: Available upon request.
  • Delivery: All WUSM Campus locations as well as private events off campus. Fees apply.
  • Disclaimer: Orders made within 3 business days will be Chef’s selection and only available via a phone call.
  • Payment Accepted: Credit Card or Department Cost Center
