Step 2: Book your space (look below for instructions).
Step 3: Rate plan will be applied to your reservation.*
Step 4: Receive approval of reservation from Campus Support Services.
Step 5: Book additional services.
*Please note: if you do not approve of the costs assigned to your reservation, you must cancel your reservation in the system within 48 hours.
All reservations for the Eric P. Newman Education Center are submitted through our Reservation Information Form (RIF) or by contacting Campus Support Services at MEET@wustl.edu or 314.747.MEET (6338).
EPNEC Room checking availability for WUSTL Key users will be live after July 1, 2018.
WUSTL key users
All WUSTL key users (who are not reserving EPNEC) can reserve space online through ManageSpace or by contacting Campus Support Services at MEET@wustl.edu or 314.747.MEET (6338).
WUSTL Key Users needing assistance using the online system, please review the training materials, contact the IT Help Desk at 314-362-7798 or Campus Support Services at 314.747.MEET (6338).
Non-WUSTL key users
If you do not have a WUSTL key, please complete our Reservation Information Form (RIF) or contact Campus Support Services at MEET@wustl.edu or 314.747.MEET (6338).
In addition to the reservation methods above, there are special cases that require alternative booking methods.
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Curricular locations can be reserved up to July 31. Booking these rooms after August 1 for the next academic year will be available on or around July 15.
These rooms include:
- Farrell Learning and Teaching Center (FLTC)
- Moore Auditorium
- Erlanger and Cori Auditoriums
- McDonnell Sciences Lobby (Seashell)
- Clopton Auditorium
- Wohl Auditorium
- Bernard Becker Library
