Hoteling spaces are available to be used by Dean’s Administrative groups (listed below) who have businesses in the MCC or whose offices have been moved to other buildings because of their office occupancy. Please note access to spaces is currently restricted by building floor.

Designated workspaces may be assigned based on the Space Guidelines Policy when a staff member is completing in-person work 24 hours or more per week.

If an employee is utilizing office space less than 24 hours per week, dedicated space should not be assigned. Instead, the Dean’s office has set up defined hoteling spaces throughout the building. These spaces can be reserved in advance via our reservation platform, Skedda.

Each available hoteling space will be fixed with a QR Code. You can now scan these codes with your mobile device to reserve, check in, and check out seamlessly.
