There are several on campus catering options to assist you with your next meeting or event.  

Please note: No Food/Beverage is allowed in computer testing/training rooms or the FLTC 4th Floor Lab Classrooms.

Alcohol on Campus

All reservations offering Alcohol must adhere to the Alcohol Guideline.

Exclusive vs. Preferred Catering

Bon Appetit is the preferred catering vendor for the WashU Medicine Campus.

Bon Appetit is the exclusive caterer at the Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC).

For events at the Jeffrey T. Fort Neuroscience Research Building (NRB), caterers are actively being approved for service. Please reach out to Lauren Hurt for updates.

  • Full service catering for all meetings and events at the Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC) building.  
  • Exclusive Caterer, Bon Appetit, with an EPNEC-specific menu.
  • Payment: Invoiced at conclusion of event.
  • Disclaimer: No outside f/b may be brought into the facility.

  • Comprehensive catering, serviced from the Med Campus.
  • Pickup Location: Available upon request.
  • Delivery: All WashU Medicine Campus locations as well as private events off campus. Fees apply.
  • Disclaimer: Orders made within 7 business days will be Chef’s selection and only available via a phone call/email.
  • Payment Accepted: Credit Card or Department Cost Center
