Shell Cafe
Managed by Bon Appetit, Shell Café offers a variety of made-to-order grill items, a daily action station, specialty pizzas, soups and a fresh salad bar. Grab n’ go items, fountain beverages, and bottled beverages are also available. Located on the 1st floor of the McDonnell Medical Sciences Building.

Kaldi’s Coffee
Kaldi’s Coffee manages four cafes on the WashU Medicine Campus, located in the Mid Campus Center, Farrell Learning & Teaching Center, Jeffrey T. Fort Neuroscience Research Building, and the Gary C. Werths Building at Siteman Cancer Center.
The cafes offer a coffeehouse experience with brewed coffee and espresso beverages, fresh baked pastries & muffins, sandwiches, wraps and soups. Guests are encouraged to order and pay online to avoid wait times and congregating.
