Step 1: Determine which space you would like to book
Step 2: Book your space (see below for instructions)
Step 3: A rate plan will be applied to your reservation, depending on the funding source
Step 4: Receive approval of reservation from Education & Campus Support Services (ECSS)
Step 5: Book additional services as applicable

WUSTL Key Users

All WUSTL key users can reserve space online through ManageSpace.

Requests for EPNEC or Jeffrey T. Fort Neuroscience Research Building event space should be submitted through a Reservation Information Form (RIF), as they are unavailable for booking in ManageSpace.

WUSTL key users can check EPNEC availability using EMS Online. Please note: requests through the online portal may not be approved pending the requested services.

Non-WUSTL Key Users

If you do not have a WUSTL key, please complete our Reservation Information Form (RIF)

Reservation requests for space in the Siteman Cancer Center (SCC) @ 4500 Forest Park can be submitted through the Reservation Request Form.

Academic Locations / Curricular “Blackout”

Curricular locations are held under “blackout” twice per year:

Fall Semester
Curricular locations can be reserved up to July 31. Booking rooms between August 1 – December 31 becomes available in July.

Spring Semester
Curricular locations can be reserved up to December 31. Booking rooms between January 1 – July 31 becomes available in October.

  • Farrell Learning & Teaching Center (FLTC)
  • Moore Auditorium
  • Erlanger & Cori Active Learning Classrooms
  • McDonnell Sciences Lobby (Shell)
  • Clopton Auditorium
  • Wohl Auditorium
  • Bernard Becker Medical Library
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
