The construction work begins at 7PM, but my event is scheduled to end later in the evening. How will my event be affected?
The EPNEC team will work with the contractor to ensure all noisy work is completed after events end in the evening. While contractors may be in the building, noisy work will only occur when events are not occupying the space.

How will weekend events be impacted by the project?
At this time, there is no construction work planned on the weekends. Weekend events will only see partitions, with the location of the partitions dependent on the phase of the project.

How will attendees travel through the building without the escalators?
The south-end staircase and elevators will still be accessible and operational throughout the life of the project. Pathways will be indicated, dependent on the phase, to help guide attendees throughout the building.

How should I direct attendees to enter the building during this project?
All EPNEC entrances will be open during all phases of the project, including the revolving door, south doors, and at the 2nd floor link level. Event Specialists will work closely with all clients to ensure project activities are communicated.

I no longer want my event at EPNEC due to this project. What do I do?
