Designated workspaces may be assigned based on the Space Guidelines Policy when a staff member is completing in-person work 24 hours or more per week.
If an employee is utilizing office space less than 24 hours per week, dedicated space should not be assigned. Instead, the Dean’s office has set up defined hoteling spaces throughout the medical school campus. These spaces can be reserved in advance by registering as a user and then creating bookings via our reservation platform, Skedda
Each available hoteling space will be fixed with a QR Code. You can scan these codes with your mobile device to reserve, check in, and check out seamlessly.

Hoteling spaces are also available on MCC 12th floor to be used by Dean’s Administrative groups who have businesses in the MCC or whose offices have been moved to other buildings because of their office occupancy. To request access for these spaces please reach out to hoteling@email.wustl.edu.
