The Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC) will be under construction September 3, 2024 – March 26, 2025. Events will continue to occur in the space throughout the duration of the project.

In September 2024, a project will begin in the EPNEC building. This project includes the removal of the escalators (from 2nd floor Mezzanine to Lobby), expansion of the pre-function, 2nd floor Mezzanine, and Lobby remodel. This project is expected to be completed by the end of March 2025 (subject to change at anytime).
Noisy work will occur after 7PM to allow event activities to conclude. The EPNEC team will work with the contractor to establish later start times for noisy work due to after-hours events (past 7PM). The elevators and south-end staircase will remain accessible and operational throughout the life of the project for attendee path of travel.
